As all of you who teach Global History and Geography already know, major changes in this Regents course are coming soon. The course will be emphasizing Task Models. To help prepare you and your students for these changes, two websites have been created. 

The Office of State Assessment (NYSED) has posted the Global History & Geography II MCQ Task Models on Engage NY.  In addition to a video that explains the Task Models, they have also posted a document set that includes a transcript of the video, the Task Models chart with related Claims & Evidence, and also a separate Claims & Evidence chart.

Make sure that you watch the Task Models video before downloading and disseminating the Task Models chart as the video provides context for understanding the purpose of the Task Models..
